About Us

Family Medical Plans, Inc., is a Division of Western-Pacific Benefits Group, an Arizona based organization focusing on the benefit needs of small business (1-50 employee's) and the self-employed. Established in 2000, Family Medical Plans has quickly grown in size from our Founder as an Independent agent serving several hundred clients, to todays satisfied clients numbering in the thousands. 

Our unique "Complete Benefit Package's" allow us to focus on the needs of the client. Our independence is the key to this approach. We are not tied to any one specific insurer, rather we work with most major insurer's operating in the state.

No single insurer can lead in all area's of coverage. We feel it is imperative to recommend the best source for each type of benefit, rather than a one-size fits all approach.

Our goal is to serve the community, and allow our clients to feel safe in the decision to use us as their "Complete Benefits Resource".
